It’s Maya! For new people, I have known Maya since 1999 which will be pretty much exactly 10 years on our wedding day, which the ticker informs me is 135 days away. I thought that was long enough to know someone to ask them to be your best person.
I’m back on myfitnesspal in preparation for all that sunbathing and tux-wearing coming up. 
Work has begun in earnest on the engagement announcement cards, or whatever they are, asking thee to ’save the date’ if thee be invited.
Every so often it strikes me that we’re actually getting married. I mention it to my lovely Brooklynne and it sparks a conversation about our past, the future, all things weddingy…
